Description
Tall perennial herbaceous plant, high 2-3 m. Root-stock horizontzl with many nodes.Leave linear, sessile, lower part surrounding the stem. Inflorescence in radical spike;flowers red. Fruit ovoid, 3-valved, crimson. Seeds numerous, angular, with a pronounced fragance. Flowering period: May-July. (Laos)
