Small tree with lustrous glabrous branches; leaves broadly oblanceolate to narrowlyobovate, 5-10cm Long, 2-4cm Wide, abruptly acuminate, cuneate at base,subduplicately obtuseserrulate, thinly pubescent beneath shile young, becomingglabrous on both sides or slightly pilose in axils beneath, the petioles 1-2cm long,usually thinly pubexcent and with 2-5 glands on the upper portion; flowers usually in3' s, white, 15-20mm across, the pedicels glabrous, 1-1.5cm long; drupe ovoid-globose, 5-7cm across, with a depression at base.
