Description
Perennial semi-aquatic herb. Rhizome aromatic, creeping and much-branched. Leaveslong and amplexicaul, in fascicles; principal nerves parallel. Inflorescence in spike ona compressed scape, surrounded by a long bract; flowers small, bisexual. Berrybright-red when ripe. (Vietnam)
