Deciduous tree, the branches lenticellate, gary-brown or gray-white, young branchletsprominently brownish pilose; leaves broadly elliptic, obovate or ovate-elliptic, 7-17cm Long, 4-10cm Wide, abruptly acute, rounded to broadly cuneate or acute at base,entire, puberulent on midrib on upper side, usually brownish pilose beneath, thepetioles 1-1.5cm long; flowers pale yellow; corolla campanulate, pubescent especiallyon the outside of lobes; fruit globose, ovoid, 4-8cm in diameter. -june. (Korea)
