Description
A pubescent, erect, much branched herb, branches sub-quadrangular, striate. Leaveselliptic-lanceolate, entire or faintly toothed, glabrous and gland dotted. Flowers white,pink or purplish in elongated racemes with more or less closely set whorls. Fruitssmall, nutlets pitted, mucilaginous when wetted. (India)
