glabrous perennial; stems solitary or few together, 20-60cm Long, simple or slightlybranched, terete; leaves broadly lanceolate to narrowly ovate, sometimes ovateelliptic,2-6cm Long, 7-30mm Wide, obtuse or subacute, rounded and semiclasping at base,black-dotted; inflorescence subpaniculately few - to rather many-flowered, the bractsleaflikem, small; flowers 15-20mm across; sepals narrowly oblong, acute tosubobtuse; petlas 8-10mm long; style 3.5-4mm, long; capsules 5-11mm long; seedsminutely reticulate, about 1mm long. July -Aug. (Korea)
