Description
Plant nearly glabrous to shite-pilose; main roots thick; stem terete, erect, 40-100cmLong, sometimes branched; leaves usually verticillate in 4´s, rarely alternate, usallyoblong or ovate-elliptic, sometimes lanceolate or broadly linear, 4-8cm long, 5-4ommwide, obtuse to subacuminate at both ends. toothed; inflorexcence usually a ratherloose many-flowered erect panicle with elongate branches, the pedicels usuallyshorter than the flowers; calyx-segments 3-5mm long, filiform-linear, subentire,similar to the bracteoles; corolla urceolate-campanulate, slightly constricted above, 8-11mm long; style long-exserted; desc tubular, 2-3mm long. -Sept. -Oct.
