Description
A perennial herb with cylindrical rhizome up to 12cm x 3cm; leaves oblong tolanceolate, 7.5-65cm x 3-24cm, entire, petiole 4.5-41cm long; inflorescence withscape up to 65(-100)cm long, 4 large, non-decussate involucral bracts, many filiformbracts and up to 30 flowers; flowers up to 3.2cm in diameter, green to blackish-violet;fruit 2.5-5cm x 1-2.5cm, green to black; seeds ovoid to oblong-ovoid. Taccaintegrifolia occurs in primary and secondary forest, up to 1200(-1500)m altitude.(Malaysia)
