Description
An erect, branching perennial, tomentose undershrub. Leaves ovate and sub-acute,alternate. Flowers greenish or lurid yellow, usually about 5 together in subsessileumbelliform cymes. Berries enclosed in the much enlarged, inflated, somewhat 5angled, pubescent calyx and is red when ripe. Seeds are many enclosed in pulp.(India)
